A common problem I have found that many parents of spellers face is difficulty in pronouncing words correctly. It is divided into sections explaining the mechanics and basic principles of Latin and Greek, and then divided into sections discussing roots common in certain fields and areas of study. It includes exercises and application questions that help the speller gain a better understanding of how to use roots and stems to assemble words. An index of all common stems and roots from Latin and Greek is included in the back of the book.

This book is a massive list packed with over 10,000 difficult to spell words selected by two incredibly experienced and knowledgeable champions. It is incredibly worthwhile to read through and familiarize yourself with the words included.
